We first visited Nova Scotia in May 2008 from England. After travelling through various parts of the Province we reached Mahone Bay and immediately felt at home. This feeling grew even stronger on staying at the Heart’s Desire and we returned home to England determined to return.
In March 2011 we achieved our “Heart’s Desire” and moved permanently to Mahone Bay to run the Bed & Breakfast.
We are continuing the same style as our home’s previous owners by providing what we hope guests will feel is a “home away from home”. We like our guests to feel at ease and although most arrive as strangers we hope all leave as friends.
