Spring Season

A sure sign that spring is here is that we are starting to get more bookings as people plan their summer holidays. June through to the end of September is already looking busy – if you are looking to book during these months we suggest you do so sooner than later.
If you are thinking of travelling this May we have a couple of events you may wish to combine with your visit. Firstly, on 18th May we have the annual South Shore Savour and Cycle Tour: and then on May 25th we have the Maritime Makers Mahone Bay Spring Fair:
There are, of course, lots of events and festivals happening each month. For more information visit Mahone Bay.com: or click on the above link to our Facebook page where we try to keep our followers up to date on what’s happening in our beautiful town.

    Covid-19 update:

We were planning to re-open our house for guests as from July 1st 2020, however, following discussions with our health provider with regards to Denise’s chronic health conditions we have sadly, decided to postpone, once again, opening the rooms in the house until at least August.

However, the Garden Hideaway is bookable although, at the moment, we are only accepting new bookings from within the Maritimes and initially only from Nova Scotia, until the Maritime borders are open within a ‘bubble”.

We will be constantly reviewing the situation and will update our website with news whenever things change. We do apologize for the changes but keeping ourselves and others safe and healthy has to be our first priority.

Please stay safe and keep well,
    Best wishes
    John & Denise.
