Winter Season Information

We have had a really busy season and would like to thank all our guests – old & new for choosing to stay with us. Also, thank you for all the great comments in our guest books and the wonderful reviews on Trips Adviser and other online sites. Sadly, because of family illness we are having to close early this year on 25th October. We will re-open on 1st March 2015 (by reservation only until 1st May). If you wish to make a reservation for next year this can be done either by using our secure online booking engine (click on the check availability/book online button at the top right hand side of our website pages) or by contacting us via email from our “contact us” page. We hope everyone has a good winter and look forward to welcoming you to our home in 2015!

    Covid-19 update:

We were planning to re-open our house for guests as from July 1st 2020, however, following discussions with our health provider with regards to Denise’s chronic health conditions we have sadly, decided to postpone, once again, opening the rooms in the house until at least August.

However, the Garden Hideaway is bookable although, at the moment, we are only accepting new bookings from within the Maritimes and initially only from Nova Scotia, until the Maritime borders are open within a ‘bubble”.

We will be constantly reviewing the situation and will update our website with news whenever things change. We do apologize for the changes but keeping ourselves and others safe and healthy has to be our first priority.

Please stay safe and keep well,
    Best wishes
    John & Denise.
